I graduated from an extended 1000 hour program offered by Cortiva Institute - Seattle, School of Massage. I started in October 2010 and was a bit nervous in how productive I would be in this profession. With hard work and determination, I found myself flourishing and mastering the technical and professional skills of this wonderful trade. Now, I'm a nationally certified licensed massage practitioner, and I can confidently say that I'm very well versed in Swedish massage, Myofascial Release techniques, injury assessment and treatment, working on clients with additional needs, e.g. cancer survivors and the geriatric population, structural bodywork, Thai Yoga massage, and some spa treatments, including Hot Stone massage.
